Challenges & a Content Writer

Being a writer, I always looking for some quality platform that allows writers to showcase their work without charging a single penny. After a little research, I found the one on Google.

I started writing on Google Blogger exactly one year ago. It was a   time when I had a summer break and was ready to venture into new things as I didn't have anything much to do. I always know this golden rule that in order to be a good writer you need to have a knack for reading. So, I used to spend a great chunk of my time reading articles and researching.

Even though I have not written many articles on this blog, time didn't allow me to remain persistent. However, I have been able to jot down some tips that might benefit the new aspirants to follow their dream.

Here is the list of lessons I learned from my one-year experience on this blog.

The lessons learned.

1. You are not always a winner.

Some days you win and have energy and then the next day your contribution is not up to the set scale, and you feel down. And then there comes a time when you win again. Never give up when you lose the first time. Be there to enjoy future wins. In the long run, the lady luck would definitely be smiling at you.

2. Keep working hard.

Keep writing even when you have a situation called writer's block. Don't let negativity overpowers you and you end up feeling dejected and scared. By dint of working hard, one day you will definitely get there what you have been striving for. In this race, you are the only runner and there is no finish line to this.

3. Have clear goals and expectations.

You need to ensure your presence and write quality content in bulk until your work gets noticed.

Make sure your expectations are clear as to where to go and what to achieve in two to four months, how many articles you are supposed to write.

4. Have the nerves of a Stoic.

Writing or freelancing in itself is an irksome task to do. It has its own highs and lows. Sometimes you feel like quitting every bad month and feel on top of the world every good. Being passionate about your work is the only option. You have to love it enough to put up with it. You need to be headstrong in order to be a successful freelance writer.

Put your hands into stories, based on truth or lawsuits that might attract public attention.

5: Act like a celebrity.

There is a method for success on every writing platform. Don't stop writing, people would give you projects, and play tricks while paying. This is however a trick of the trade; one should always use channels or safety cushions to avoid bad experiences.

I wanted to be as open as possible and show you the challenges you might encounter.

Where do I get the audacity, after only one year in the game?

The writers in general would made to feel dwarfed by the size of some of the great writers.

This is what the road can be like a bumpy ride if you’re doing the right things, and take timely decisions at the right time, you will definitely win.

Always move forward, creep, crawl whatever you do at least move. Always keep this thumb rule in your mind that you only fail when you believe you are failed.
