Country with fissures in the System.
In any form of government you need a work force that defines the ways affairs run in that country.
Government offices are the pillars that support the entire system. These work as a medium between people and rulers. Without it, nothing works. When Pakistan got its independence some seventy-five years ago, the system we inherited was not human friendly. However, we were promised to have the best bureaucracy, whose Moto was to serve the nation.
In reality, we have got a bunch of people in every office who are there to create problems, waiting for people to grease their palms so that they can further your case ahead . Every government office in our country is infested with these scavengers who fester in the muck.
These so-called gentlemen, irrespective of their scale, push you to the limits. I often get the chance to go to such offices as my job requirements, but honestly, the kind of creatures most of them are cannot be described in any language. They do their best to work 24/7 to further disfigure their already tarnished image.
They raise silly objections with visible laid-back tactics to inhibit progress. This inhuman attitude has become their signature. Time has very little value & importance in their eyes. They very casually tell you to come next week or next month without realizing the nature and importance of work, or the pain one may face to bear if the job is not done on time.
Moreover, these corrupt individuals sitting at the top notch- & their stooges in the offices need to be schooled as to how to efficiently run the system. I know that neither my appreciation nor my criticism affect them. I am nobody in this game.
For the citizens of this country, this system is shocking and needs to be fixed.
Most people I come across in cafes, bookshops, streets and educational institutes have only heard one thing about Pakistan: the best country with the worst people. Everyone is surprised that the country no one ever thought much of, and is known for a terribly weak character, had Jinnah, such a bold, towering figure as their founder who accepted the challenge and never surrendered to Congress and English.
Our system needs some revolutionary figure who can deal with these handpicked Mafias clinging to its roots. These wicked elements should be unearthed and brought to justice.
People have been leaving Pakistan, and their homes & material possessions, a fear of their social insecurity and lives, never wanted to go because the system forced them. Because they were denied the opportunity to serve the nation. They could have been successful in their own country .
They have now chosen foreign land as their own. The new country is there to welcome the talent and facilitate them by providing security. Perhaps they create names in foreign land. When their own country has snatched their human dignity! Sometimes in the name of cast, creed and religion. For they prefer ethnicity over merit, politics over genuine talent .l have little hope that this system one day will breathe it’s last and will be run by the sincere ,honest and wise people.
May God keep Pakistan safe from swindlers & similar midgets! Amen!
