Here, we will evaluate how bad habits or unhealthy activities affect our entire physical and mental health.

By watching or sharing porn people are unwillingly promoting human trafficking and kidnapping. So, stay away from porn if you want to remain healthy and fit. 

     4.   Too much screen time.

       In this modern age, when people are  exposed to modern gadgets, spending more time using them than socializing .This habit of us made people distant even when they sit together , they remain busy chatting others or playing games. Apps are specifically created to the distinctive needs and wants  of  youngsters, and a portion of display is spent gaming, tuning, social media, fashion, films, and schooling.

They need not overlook the importance of mental & cardiovascular health. They need to make a resolution to avoid unhealthy food, exercise and add vegetables, fruits, and nuts to their diet.
